Alcohol Quite a normal thing for some although I wonder if those that do drink are aware of the sychosis and how directly linked to addictive behavour it is? ....And also other drug usage.
After all Alcohol is a drug!
After years of Alcohol abuse and Drug abuse I can finally say I'm clean of all substances, and living quite avidly in the UK. I now would like those who think they do not have a problem to take time out and considere their consumption of alcohol?
1. How much do you drink? (answer honestly)
2. When do you drink?
3. How Often do you drink?
These three basic questions can answer alot for you, if you were honest with yourself, the thing to remember here is, its not how much.. its how often.. then when youve conceaded to often? when?
Many are dissallusioned that alcohol cannot harm them unless they drink to excess, wrong. If you drink daily.. you like many are addicted,, yes you may not feal it, thats because you dont give up, yes you can go with-out thats because you havent told yourself -No more-.
But essentially you are addicted and please try and stem your consumption, try a day, then two then more proceeding to a week. if you can do this without any changes to your personality then you are not addicted.
If you try this and feel like you fail, dont be hard on yourslef, like many its ok!! how would we know to get up if we didnt fall?.. No,, if you find yourself in that place of reality that is like a stark realisation of truth 'I'm an addict' Just drop me a line and we'll talk about it.
Many Govermants are ignoring the use of alcohol and are not funding towards recovery, so I would like everyone to be aware of their own usage and its affect, because we are going to have to look after one another, dont expect help elsewhere, there is help mind you? like AA but not state funded in the UK.

I think one of my cousins could have got alcohol/drug psychosis and sadly, it eventually led to his death at a young age in suspicious circumstances. If he had only not started smoking pot and drinking when he was 14 or 15! I'm sure he had no idea how serious the repercussions would have been. His parents had to watch him slowly destroying himself.
